JobStudio is seeking a dedicated and organized Temporary Healthcare Staff to join our team for a contract period of 4-6 months. We currently have multiple openings for both Administrative Assistants and Clinic Assistants in the Central Region. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment while supporting critical clinic operations.
As a Patient Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. The role requires a blend of administrative prowess and a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Assist with patient registration, ensuring all personal and medical information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar to optimize doctor availability.
- Maintain the reception area, waiting lounge, and office supplies to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen queries, and route calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist with basic medical records management, including filing and data entry tasks.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding clinic services, billing, and operating hours with patience and clarity.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or front-desk role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology or healthcare operations is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor with a strong customer-centric attitude.
