Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive lead generation and revenue.
- Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies to optimize conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROAS and achieve monthly lead and revenue targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and audience segments to identify high-performing combinations.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad assets and with the sales team to align on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation roles.
- Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns with a focus on leads and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and test new channels.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
