Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Manage the full budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize bidding strategies, and improve conversion rates.
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or SEM.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and achieving high ROI.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical insights clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Relevant certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
