Youâll work closely with our creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives, define audience targeting strategies, and continuously improve key metrics such as clickâthrough rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall ROI. Your expertise will help us allocate budgets efficiently, test new platforms, and stay ahead of emerging digital trends.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, search, display) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide actionable insights to optimise spending.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landingâpage experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to track user behavior and funnel performance.
- Stay upâtoâdate with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, recommending continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proven track record managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and handsâon experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and web analytics concepts.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and projectâmanagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
