Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for executives and stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
- Handle incoming communications, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Liaise between departments and external partners to ensure operational efficiency
- Ad-hoc project support and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in FMCG or multinational corporate environments preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
