Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the Chief Consultant's calendar, schedule appointments, and align internal and external meetings to minimize conflicts.
  • Screen calls and emails; draft professional correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics; prepare detailed trip briefs and meeting materials.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes or minutes as needed, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with document management, filing, expense reporting, and maintaining organized records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate; degree or diploma in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
