Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director and senior management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic objectives.
As a PA, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating both internal and external meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and handling confidential correspondence with discretion. Your proactive approach will anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across the organization.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and routing information as appropriate. Additionally, you will assist with special projects, research tasks, and the preparation of presentations or reports.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily schedules, appointments, and calendars for the Managing Director and senior executives.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, including preparing agendas and required materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation as directed, maintaining accurate records.
- Support project coordination by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
