Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Oversee household and family-related administrative tasks as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with calendar management tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in fast‑changing situations.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary, including occasional weekends.
- Diplomatic interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
