Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and project coordination.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange international travel itineraries.
  • Prepare, draft, and meticulously edit a wide range of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Organize and maintain sophisticated physical and digital filing systems for quick and secure information retrieval.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing materials, taking comprehensive minutes, and diligently following up on action items.

Qualifications
