Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives, family members, and guests to and from destinations (office, meetings, airport, personal errands).
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and mechanical fitness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Plan the most efficient travel routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure punctuality.
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage, groceries, and other items as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies; demonstrate a defensive driving mindset.
- Handle minor administrative tasks such as vehicle document renewals (STNK, KIR) and toll payments.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the executive's schedule, conversations, and personal life.
- Report any vehicle incidents, traffic violations, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM A (Indonesian Driving License for passenger vehicles).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Driver or Chauffeur for a family or executive.
- Excellent knowledge of streets and traffic patterns in Jakarta Selatan and Greater Jakarta area.
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or serious traffic violations.
- Physically healthy, neat appearance, and good personal grooming.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English conversation skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends).
- Honest, responsible, and service-oriented personality.
