Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for VIP executives to and from scheduled destinations, meetings, and events.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the car is maintained in pristine condition, both mechanically and aesthetically.
- Plan the most efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic congestion and ensure punctuality.
- Manage administrative vehicle tasks such as road tax renewal, insurance arrangements, and routine service scheduling.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding business conversations and sensitive personal information overheard during transit.
- Assist with errands, luggage handling, and basic logistical support as required by the executive.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including occasional weekends or late evenings based on executive schedules.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D) with a clean driving record and no history of major traffic violations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Driver or Private Chauffeur for VIPs, senior management, or expatriates.
- In-depth knowledge of roads and traffic patterns in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, and the greater Klang Valley area.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Professional appearance and a courteous, disciplined, and patient demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to identify mechanical issues early.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
