Responsibilities
- Manage the employer’s personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, vet visits, and social engagements.
- Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, exercising (walking), grooming appointments, and administering medications if necessary.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring pet-friendly accommodations and logistics are secured.
- Conduct personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-ups, and gift sourcing.
- Monitor and restock pet supplies and household essentials to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with household staff, contractors, and service providers for home maintenance and repairs.
- Draft and manage personal correspondence, emails, and bill payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for both the employer and the pets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Genuine love for animals and documented experience in pet care or animal handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and scheduling apps.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for privacy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if required by travel or pet emergencies.
- Residency in Makati City or nearby areas is highly preferred.
