Responsibilities
- Conduct foot and vehicular patrols throughout the resort premises to deter and detect security threats.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond swiftly to alarms or suspicious activity.
- Manage access control at staff entrances, visitor checkpoints, and service gates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions and information.
- Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Write detailed daily reports and incident reports as required by the Security Supervisor.
- Escort cash deposits and valuables to ensure safe transfer.
- Enforce resort rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be a Malaysian citizen (Warganegara Malaysia sahaja).
- Age 18 and above.
- Physically and medically fit with no hearing or visual impairments (Tidak mempunyai masalah penglihatan dan pendengaran).
- Possess valid Polis Bantuan / Auxiliary Police certification (highly advantageous).
- Previous experience in security, military, or policing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
