Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify high‑value opportunities.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust bids, budgets, and ad copy to maximize ROI.
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and extensions to improve click‑through and conversion performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to recommend innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and forecast spend to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience with bid management, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
