Responsibilities
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and strategic audience targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and quality score
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and platform algorithm updates
- Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
- Google Ads certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Experience in healthcare or BPO industry is a plus
