Daewoong Pharmaceutical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR & Partnership Executive to lead communications strategy for our BFriends wellness brand. Based in the beautiful island of Bali, you will play a pivotal role in positioning BFriends as a premier one-stop wellness destination, driving media exposure, engagement, and strategic partnerships.
In this exciting role, you will develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns, manage media relationships, and create integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness across Indonesia. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic PR and communications plans to enhance BFriends brand visibility and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders in the wellness industry
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and content for various platforms
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with complementary brands and organizations
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor media coverage and provide detailed reports on campaign performance
- Manage crisis communication and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or partnership roles
- Proven track record of successful media campaigns and partnership development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Strong existing network with media contacts and influencers is a plus
- Experience in the wellness, health, or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign concepts
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic setting
