Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with national-plus curriculum standards
- Create engaging classroom activities promoting cognitive, social, and physical development
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed developmental portfolios
- Partner with parents to support children's learning journey and address individual needs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and curriculum reviews
- Utilize digital tools and educational technology to enhance learning experiences
Qualifications
- S1 degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten setting
- Valid teaching certification (Sertifikat Pendidik)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with child-centered approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
- Passion for early childhood development and commitment to continuous learning
