In this role, you will play a vital part in our operational efficiency by managing purchasing processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring that our procurement cycles remain seamless and cost-effective.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting international stakeholders. We are looking for someone who thrives on the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time) and possesses the organizational skills to manage complex order tracking and documentation. Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all pricing, contact information, and contracts are current.
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering competitive quotes to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management immediately.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to identify procurement needs and resolve supply issues.
  • Assist in the evaluation of vendor performance based on quality, lead times, and pricing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a night-shift setup.
  • Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
