Ardex is seeking a Product Marketing Executive to drive product positioning, launches, and campaigns. This role translates complex product features into clear customer value, strengthening brand impact in the Singapore market.
As part of our dynamic Marketing & Communications team, you will partner with Product, Sales, and Creative colleagues to build compelling go-to-market strategies, craft engaging messaging, and manage multi-channel campaigns that support revenue growth and customer adoption. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Ardex products, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Translate product features into customer value propositions and clear messaging.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage product launches and campaigns across channels (digital, email, events, content).
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling content.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize messaging.
- Create persuasive sales enablement content, including one-pagers, case studies, and product briefs.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI with A/B testing and analytics.
- Support partner and channel marketing programs and regional go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of product marketing or brand marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Experience with B2B/B2C marketing, product launches, and demand generation.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the Singapore market and regional marketing channels is a plus.
