Oversea Lighting & Electric (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Admin - Mandarin Speaking to join our dynamic team in Semenyih, Selangor. As a Production Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Your bilingual skills in Mandarin and English will be essential in liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members to maintain operational efficiency.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays, providing you with a balanced work schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production data, processing administrative tasks, and assisting with inventory management. Your organizational skills will help streamline workflows and support the production team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities
- Support production operations by managing documentation, schedules, and workflows
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and suppliers for smooth communication
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and reports
- Process administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Liaise between production teams and management to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries in Mandarin and English
- Assist in scheduling production activities and tracking progress against targets
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) - this is essential for the role
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Strong organizational and time management skills
