Responsibilities
- Accurately record and update daily production data into the central management system.
- Systematically organize, file, and archive all physical and digital production documents for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all records comply with internal SOPs and external regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present necessary documentation during internal and external quality audits.
- Liaise with production supervisors to ensure timely submission of daily reports and data sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly production performance summaries for management.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies to maintain the highest level of information accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or record-keeping role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to coordinate with various departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
