Responsibilities
- Manage office filing systems and maintain organized digital document archives
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive operational records
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist with onboarding new team members and orientation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
