Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural designs and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Develop detailed project progress reports and provide status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mitigate construction risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to local environmental and building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-rise building projects from initiation to handover.
- Possession of a valid SKA/SKK (Sertifikat Keahlian/Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) in construction is highly preferred.
- Strong command of project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta.
