Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk area with a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and monitoring the visitor logbook.
- Perform general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing digital/physical files, and inventorying office supplies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and organizing office events as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Office Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a customer-facing administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment usage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- A friendly, professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Current residency in or near Alfonso, Cavite is highly preferred.
