Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the program management team.
- Assist in the preparation, documentation, and filing of project-related reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and departmental events to ensure logistical success.
- Monitor program timelines and follow up on pending deliverables from various stakeholders.
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the team in handling inquiries and ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Assist in the processing of documents in accordance with government procurement and civil service regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) is preferred or required based on government standards.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or program coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
