People Advantage is seeking a highly organized Programme & Operations Support Officer to join our team in the Central Region on a contract basis. In this role you will provide essential administrative and operational support to programmes, helping to translate strategy into actionable tasks and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with programme managers, coordinators, and external partners to keep projects on track, maintain clear documentation, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate schedules, prepare reports, monitor milestones, and support compliance and governance activities. A proactive mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused approach are highly valued as you contribute to delivering high-quality programme outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include supporting planning sessions, documenting decisions, tracking progress, and assisting with procurement and budget-related tasks. You will maintain accurate data across databases and shared drives, support risk management activities, and help produce engaging updates for internal and external audiences. This contract position offers a competitive salary in SGD and provides an opportunity to develop core operations and project coordination skills while contributing to meaningful programmes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities and administrative tasks to support timely project delivery.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and status updates using project management tools.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions; coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry across databases and shared drives.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, and vendor communications.
- Support risk management and compliance by maintaining records and supporting audits.
- Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programme or operations support, preferably in contract/temporary roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools; familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
