This role is pivotal in supporting our daily operations, ensuring that project documentation, scheduling, and administrative workflows run seamlessly.
As the backbone of our project team, you will act as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks, bridging the gap between site operations and office management. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor and update project timelines to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and project-related claims.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for project correspondence and technical documents.
- Monitor site progress and update management on any potential administrative bottlenecks.
- Handle procurement requests and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project administration or office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- A proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
