Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Maintain project documentation, files, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely information flow.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and other deliverables as required.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
