Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into company CRM and internal database systems.
  • Audit and verify data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Generate periodic reports and summaries for department heads based on project requirements.
  • Support general back-office administrative tasks including document filing, email correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information at all times.
  • Assist in streamlining data management processes to improve overall team productivity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar office-based role.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based collaborative tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
