Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate between civil and mechanical engineering teams to streamline workflows and resolve technical design conflicts.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports, technical documentation, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure that all mechanical installations and civil works are executed according to the project timeline and budget.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective project communication and resource management.
- Participate in site inspections and quality control audits to ensure structural integrity and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting on-site equipment or infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or tunnelling projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of both civil structural elements and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or MS Project.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
