We are a fast-growing design and construction firm committed to delivering high-quality, impactful projects. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, taking full ownership of project lifecycles from initial client consultation to final handover.
You will work closely with our architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest aesthetic and structural standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of construction and design projects.
- Coordinate between clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and procurement records.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, local building codes, and material procurement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
