You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including interior designers, vendors, and local authorities, to ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal design teams to maintain project workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project timelines rigorously to ensure all construction phases meet established deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and safety audits to maintain high standards and minimize risks.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager and senior stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of construction materials on-site to prevent delays or waste.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to local building codes and occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in restaurant or retail fit-outs.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of workers and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of building materials, cost estimation, and structural integrity.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the Jakarta Raya area as required.
