Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated promotional campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to drive brand awareness and sales in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop promotional concepts and promotions aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate creative development and production of promotional materials (banners, flyers, social content, email campaigns).
- Manage promotional calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships; negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI); prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Engage with retail partners, influencers, and community partners to expand reach and ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine future promotions and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in promotions, marketing, or campaign management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and execute promotional campaigns with data-driven focus.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, social media management).
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Pampanga/local market is a plus.
