In this role, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. You will leverage your deep market knowledge to consult with potential buyers, curate bespoke viewing experiences, and coordinate with international brokerage networks. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract closing for ultra-luxury Bali assets.
  • Act as a primary brand ambassador, providing world-class consultative service to high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and coordinate exclusive show villa visits for prospective buyers.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with international property agents and external brokerage partners to expand market reach.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by expertly handling enquiries and managing the CRM database effectively.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis to track project performance and buyer sentiment.
  • Stay abreast of Bali’s luxury real estate trends, legal regulations, and local market developments to provide expert advisory to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or premium asset sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value transactions and meeting aggressive sales KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with an elite, global clientele.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali property market and investment landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with the ability to manage independent projects in a fast-paced environment.
