Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various suppliers to request quotations and negotiate pricing for office and operational supplies.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logs of office assets and supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders to ensure quality and quantity compliance.
- Assist in maintaining departmental budgets and expense tracking reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
- Male candidate (as per operational requirements).
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective supplier relations.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional office environment.
