As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance protocols and procedures. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards
- Monitor and analyze quality indicators, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to accreditation requirements and facilitate continuous compliance readiness
- Train staff on quality standards, protocols, and best practices
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and adverse events, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or healthcare auditing
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software
