We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment at our Antipolo City location.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure all facilities are well-stocked
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed
  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Professional appearance with a positive and friendly demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
  • Experience in the hospitality, golf, or real estate industry is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to work on-site in Antipolo City, Rizal
