Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document management
- Support HR functions including employee records maintenance, recruitment coordination, and HR administration
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
