Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for healthcare and social care positions
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and UK-based hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in the recruitment database
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations
- Communicating with candidates regarding application status and job requirements
- Assisting in drafting job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Conducting reference checks and verifying candidate qualifications
- Providing administrative support and generating recruitment reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support roles is advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Understanding of UK healthcare and social care sectors is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
