We are currently looking for a highly motivated Regulatory Intern to join our team in Makati City. About the Role:

As a Regulatory Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Regulatory Affairs team to ensure that our products meet all local and international regulatory standards. Your primary focus will be on supporting the preparation, submission, and tracking of product registrations, license renewals, and compliance documents. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about quality and safety. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing technical data, coordinating with R&D and Quality teams, maintaining our regulatory database, and managing communication with regulatory bodies such as the FDA. This role will give you a 360-degree view of how regulatory strategy supports business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents to government agencies (e.g., FDA Philippines).
  • Support monitoring and interpretation of local and international regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on product compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather technical data and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain and organize regulatory files, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and easily accessible documentation.
  • Help prepare product registration applications, renewals, and amendments for various product categories.
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on regulatory requirements for new product formulations and claims.
  • Support the team in preparing regulatory compliance reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a closely related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated interest in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship schedule for the specified period.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
