Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily resource allocation and scheduling for departmental activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries regarding office resources and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure compliance with embassy standards.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of logistical requirements.
- Monitor office inventory levels and initiate procurement requests as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of official functions and administrative events.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration or resource coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
