Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth business functionality.
- Maintain high-impact visual merchandising across all store areas according to brand guidelines.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of store promoters to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by all staff members.
- Maintain store tidiness, safety standards, and overall discipline within the workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Associate in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and inventory control.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang Tengah.
