Responsibilities

  • Collect payments for taxes, licenses, and other municipal revenues;
  • Issue official receipts and maintain accurate records of all transactions;
  • Reconcile daily collections with submitted reports and ensure timely deposit of funds;
  • Assist taxpayers and clients in processing payments and provide information on revenue-related matters;
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the supervisor;
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and receipts;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation of revenues;
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Revenue Collection Officer.

Qualifications

  • Completion of at least two (2) years of college education in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field;
  • No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Good moral character and high integrity;
  • Proficient in basic mathematical computations and data entry;
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel);
