Asticom is looking for a proactive and reliable Roving Staff to provide operational support across multiple branches and departments in North Cotabato. This contract role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a dynamic, multi-site environment, traveling across towns within Soccsksargen to ensure consistency in processes and quality of service. The Roving Staff plays a pivotal role in maintaining smooth daily operations, from documentation and data entry to logistics coordination and customer service. You will collaborate with branch managers, assist in onboarding, inventory, scheduling, and reporting, and escalate issues promptly to the supervisor. Key responsibilities include supporting multiple branches, coordinating with departments to streamline workflows, handling routine administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities
- Travel to and support multiple branches across North Cotabato to ensure consistent operations and service delivery.
- Provide front-desk and administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation across departments.
- Coordinate with branch managers to implement standard operating procedures and share best practices.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, trainings, and event logistics for site visits.
- Monitor inventory, asset tracking, and supplies across branches; report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit branch performance and activity reports to the supervisor.
- Maintain high-quality customer service for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements; escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework in business administration or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel to multiple branches within North Cotabato and neighboring areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and reliable time management.
- Valid driver's license or willingness to drive between sites is a plus.
