Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other analytical data to support sales strategy.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic sales-related issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and archive sales documents, contracts, and agreements efficiently.
- Support sales events, workshops, or client meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, or similar administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) highly advantageous.
