Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing daily client communications, quotations, and order processing
- Coordinate shipment schedules, prepare shipping documents, and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, contracts, and sales data in the CRM system
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or redirecting as needed
- Assist with general office administration including filing, scanning, and inventory of office supplies
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and pending tasks for management review
- Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role (logistics industry preferred but not essential)
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin an asset to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer-service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to work in Tuas and have own transport or access to public transport
