Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
- Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive reports to support the sales team’s performance review and strategic planning.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate customer records and sales pipeline visibility.
- Liaise effectively between the sales department, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and expedite deliveries.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist the sales director in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies by identifying trends in order processing and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
