Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive customer databases and sales documentation systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and pipeline analysis
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and client communications
- Process sales orders, contracts, and ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare sales collateral and presentations
- Monitor sales targets and provide administrative support for sales initiatives
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining relationship documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or office support
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
