Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries regarding automotive services and maintenance packages.
- Prepare and issue professional quotations, invoices, and service reports to customers.
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately to ensure effective follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in managing leads and scheduling service appointments for mechanics.
- Manage office inventory, including stationery and pantry supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Process payments and assist with basic daily bookkeeping and cash flow management.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry into the company system.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O-Level, N-Level, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales-related roles.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for client communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
