We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Officer / Distribution Support Executive to join our team in Ang Mo Kio. As part of our distribution support team, you will bridge the gap between sales operations and customer satisfaction. You will manage order processing, coordinate with logistics, handle inquiries, and support our sales team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures to improve efficiency.
- Generate monthly sales and service performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or distribution role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is a plus.
